Why We Started Caring Partners
Caring Partners Home Care began with a question a lot of families ask: how do we keep Mom at home, where she's happiest, without running ourselves into the ground trying to do it all?
We're a licensed Pennsylvania home care agency, and most of the people who call us are somewhere in the middle of that question. A parent is slowing down. A hospital stay didn't go the way anyone hoped. A spouse needs more help than one person can give. We step in with caregivers who show up when they say they will and treat the people they care for like family.
We're not a national chain running a call center three states away. We're local, we answer our own phone, and when you have a question about your loved one's care, you talk to someone who actually knows them.

What We Believe
People do better at home.
In a familiar bed, a familiar kitchen, with the neighbors they know down the street. Our whole model is built on keeping that possible for as long as it makes sense.
Care is personal.
We don't hand you a caregiver off a roster and hope it works. We match based on personality and routine, and if the fit isn't right, we make it right.
Families deserve a straight answer.
Home care, Medicaid waivers, what's covered and what isn't — it's confusing, sometimes on purpose. We'll tell you plainly what we know and what your options are, with no pressure.
What Families Tell Us
Hundreds of 5-star reviews from families across Pennsylvania
Our caregiver learned my mother's routine in a week and now Mom asks what day she's coming back. Knowing someone kind is with her every afternoon gave our whole family room to breathe.
I was already caring for my husband full time. Caring Partners walked me through the application, explained every form, and now I'm paid for the work I was doing anyway.
Dad refused help for two years. The coordinator matched him with someone patient enough to earn his trust, and now they cook lunch together twice a week.
The scheduling flexibility saved us. When my shifts changed, they adjusted coverage the same week without a single lapse in care.
After Mom's dementia diagnosis we felt lost. Our caregiver understood the sundowning, kept the evenings calm, and taught us what to expect next.
They answered the phone on a Sunday and had someone at the house Monday morning. That kind of responsiveness is rare.
I care for my brother and never thought it could be a paid role. The waiver paperwork felt impossible until they sat with me through it.
Our caregiver speaks my mother's first language. Small thing to some people — it changed everything for her comfort at home.
Twenty-four hour coverage after the hospital discharge gave us confidence to bring Dad home instead of into a facility.
As a caregiver on their team, I finally have a scheduler who listens. Steady hours, real support, and clients I look forward to seeing.
Companion visits were meant to be light help around the house. They became the highlight of my aunt's week.
Every question I had about Medicaid was answered in plain English. No pressure, no runaround, just help.
