If you're already caring for a parent, sibling, grandparent, or neighbor, you may be able to be compensated for that work. Pennsylvania's Medicaid waiver programs allow eligible participants to hire the caregiver of their choosing — and in many cases that caregiver can be a family member or friend. One exception: a spouse cannot be paid to care for their husband or wife.

The paperwork is where most families give up. Our team walks you through eligibility screening, enrollment, and every form along the way at no cost to you, then handles payroll, scheduling, and support once you are approved.

How It Works

1

Call Us

We ask a few short questions to see if your family likely qualifies. No commitment, no cost.

2

We Handle the Paperwork

Eligibility screening, state enrollment, caregiver onboarding, and background clearances. We prepare it all and walk you through every form.

3

You Get Hired and Paid

Once approved, you become an employee of the agency. We handle timekeeping, payroll, and taxes, and you're paid on a regular schedule for the care you provide.

Join Our Caregiver Team

Caregiving is hard work, and it matters. If you're the kind of person who's patient, dependable, and genuinely good with people, we'd like to talk to you.

We're a local agency, not a staffing app. That means real support from a team that knows your name, schedules that work around your life, and clients who stay consistent instead of changing every week.

What We Offer

  • Flexible schedules — full-time, part-time, days, nights, or weekends
  • Competitive pay, on a regular schedule[PLACEHOLDER — confirm exact pay rate and benefits]
  • Consistent clients close to home, not a different address every day
  • A real person to call when you need support or coverage
  • Training and a team that treats caregivers with respect

Who We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need years of experience — patience and reliability matter more than a resume. We're glad to hear from CNAs and home health aides, and just as glad to hear from people who've cared for their own family and want to do it professionally.

What Families Tell Us

Hundreds of 5-star reviews from families across Pennsylvania

Our caregiver learned my mother's routine in a week and now Mom asks what day she's coming back. Knowing someone kind is with her every afternoon gave our whole family room to breathe.

I was already caring for my husband full time. Caring Partners walked me through the application, explained every form, and now I'm paid for the work I was doing anyway.
